Five flavors to choose from..

Persimmon

Whitetail bucks make their living with their noses. Whether it is avoiding danger, trailing a hot doe for the purpose of procreation or looking for food, a deer’s sense of smell is his primary weapon in an arsenal uniquely geared for survival.

The Bait Corn Company has, once again tapped into that trait by introducing the pungent aroma of persimmons to their corn. This sweet, rich fruit is loaded with nutrients, high in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Similar to prunes, when persimmons are added to the natural lure of corn, the gourmet formula of Persimmon Bait Corn will draw deer on a string from extreme distances.

Peanut Butter

Dusk is beginning to overtake the forest trail with lengthening shadows. You are watching a fox squirrel scurry up a small scrub oak when you pick up the flicker of an ear in the evening gloom. Slowly, you make out the shape of a nice buck. Eight, no ten points. He is coming up the trail you seeded earlier with the Bait Corn Company’s Peanut Butter Corn.

Old-timers used to nail an open jar of peanut butter on a tree trunk. The rich, oily and aromatic peanut butter, high in vitamins, protein and fat content, was a natural draw for whitetail deer. With the introduction of the Bait Corn Company’s Gourmet Peanut Butter Corn, now there’s a better way. Your ten point buck on the forest trail barely stands a chance.

White Oak Acorn

As first light begins to break in the east, you strain your eyes looking for any sign of movement in the clearing where you have scattered White Oak Acorn Bait Corn. Frustratingly slow, the scene before you eventually reveals four does attempting to vacuum the ground of every kernel. Suddenly their heads pop up in unison, their ears at the alert. Moments later, the buck of your dreams materializes at the far end of the clearing.

If corn is candy to a whitetail deer, the acorn from the white oak tree is his sirloin, i.e. the main course. The sweetest of all acorns, these are the preferred food of deer. Low in tannic acid and in protein, these easily digestible nuts are very high in the fats and carbohydrates needed for building bulk before the coldest weather arrives. Deer cannot resist the lure of the Bait Corn Company’s White Oak Acorn Gourmet formula.

Red Delicious Apple

There were a dozen deer grazing in the sendero. They were feeding on the Red Delicious Apple Corn you had spread the night before. Among them was a very respectable nine point and a mature ten point with a 20 inch spread.

Holding out for the buck you had studied on the game camera, your breath caught when he finally stepped out. Easily 22 inches wide, he sported 12 points, not counting the two 6 inch drop tines. Clearly dominant, he strode forward…..400 yards…..350 yards…..300 yards…..
Sweet and aromatic, red delicious apples are a bright and crisp health food. The Bait Corn Company has mated this fine fruit with corn to formulate Red Delicious Apple Corn. Deer can’t resist it.

Wild Berry

The chilled north wind punctuated temperatures in the mid 40’s under a leaden sky.  The rolling hills of the working cattle ranch were sparsely pocked with small stands of scrub oak.  Nothing had moved since the feeder had spewed it’s shower of the Bait Corn Company’s Wild Berry Corn.  The first doe came from behind the feeder.  Then another.  And another.  They were soon joined by two yearling bucks.  Then, the buck you came for appeared just behind the feeder on the edge of the trail.

Wild Berries were a seasonal staple for early hunter-gatherers for thousands of years, and wild berry gathering remains a popular activity in Europe and North America today. Developed by the Bait Corn Company, Gourmet Wild Berry Corn is destined to become a favorite among successful hunters.  You thought about that as you watched your big buck working its way down the trail edge to the feeder.

Vanilla

Vanilla bean is a native of South and Central America and the Caribbean, the first people to cultivate it were the Totonacs of Mexico's east coast. Vanilla Beans are the long, greenish-yellow seed pods of the tropical orchid plant, Vanilla planifolia. Before the plant flowers, the pods are picked, unripe, and cured until they're dark brown.

Vanilla is like attempting to describe a color. Vanilla is strongly aromatic and contributes warm, floral notes with a sweet perfumed aroma which imposes a woody or smoky flavor. It's a gentle but distinct flavor that complements many other spices and foods like your favorite deer attractant developed by the Bait Corn Company.
